We accept designer and better label women's clothing, formals, and accessories. Clothing must be in EXCELLENT condition . Please closely examine your Items to ensure they are clean and wrinkle free with absolutely NO odors, stains, or defects. If your item is not acceptable, and you selected for us to call you have 5 business days to pick those unacceptable items up. If you do not arrive within those 5 days, items WILL be donated. We do not accept discount labels.

--Encore Consignments staff determines the price according to brand, appearance, demand and our experience.

--A $10.00 annual fee is required to maintain an active account. We consign your items for a period of ninety days (90). You receive 45% of the sale price. Prices are reduced twenty-five percent (25%) after thirty (30) days and reduced by fifty percent (50%) of price after sixty days. ***Encore reserves the right to run special sales at our discretion.

--If you wish to pick up expired items, our pick up dates are between the15th and 20th of your assigned pick up month. You must pull your items from inventory!!! As of the 21st of the month, all unclaimed items become the property of Encore Consignments and/or donated. YOU WILL NOT BE CALLED about expired items! NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

--Checks will be available for pickup on the 15th of each month. (No checks will be written for an amount under $30.00. You will be issued store credit or cash in that instance.) Checks are void after 60 days, and WILL NOT BE REISSUED. If you do not pick up your check within 60 days, we will issue you a GIFT CARD to the store for the amount of the check. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS! If you wish for your check to be mailed, please provide us a stamped, self-addressed, LEGAL sized envelope for mailing.

--Hours of operation will be be Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Hours are subject to change without notice and holidays may be observered.

--We accept items Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:15 pm. Saturday 10:00am - 12:00pm. We can accept 20 items per week. CLOTHING MUST BE ON HANGERS AND LOOSE ITEMS MUST BE IN A BAG. Hangers and bags will not be returned!!
